Product information

Product descriptions, photographs, and marks on this site are indicative and may vary slightly from the item you receive. Size guides are also indicative — measurements may vary by up to 2.5 cm. Products are made to order by a print-on-demand partner, so minor non-substantial variation in components or finish may occur, provided the quality of the product is not diminished.

Prices and taxes

All prices on this site are shown in US dollars (USD). The currency selector converts prices for display only — the charge on your card is always taken in USD. Shipping is not included in the product price and is added at checkout. Prices include applicable VAT/taxes. In the event of an obvious typographical error in a price, we are not bound to honour it.

How to buy

Add the items you want to your cart, open the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and choose a shipping method, then complete payment on Stripe's secure hosted payment page. You do not need to create an account to buy from us — we only need a valid email address to send you your order confirmation and updates.

Payment

You may pay by card through Stripe or through PayPal, whichever you select at checkout. In both cases, the payment is handled entirely on the provider's own platform, and TOO MANY HUMANS never receives or stores your card details. If a charge on your card is fraudulent, you have the right to demand its cancellation. If you initiate a chargeback without legitimate cause, you may be held liable for the costs and consequences of doing so.

Order confirmation

Once your payment has been confirmed, we send you an email confirming your order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated per item and by destination, and are shown before you pay. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We ship worldwide.

Delivery and inspection

You must check the contents and condition of your order upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or error must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Taxes, duties and customs

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local customs authority. These charges, and any related customs procedures, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Governing law and jurisdiction

• These conditions, and any purchase made through this site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
• Consumer rights granted under Chilean consumer protection law — Ley N° 19.496 sobre Protección de los Derechos de los Consumidores — apply to purchases made through this site and are not limited or waived by these terms.
• Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase is submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to any right you have, as a consumer, to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence where local law grants that right.
• Because we ship worldwide, buyers located in other countries may also hold mandatory consumer rights under the law of their own jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms reduces or limits those rights.
