Refund Policy
At Too Many Humans, we only accept returns for faulty products. We do not accept returns for size exchanges or customer errors when selecting sizes, so please choose carefully before completing your order.
Returns window
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in perfect condition — unused, undamaged, and free of stains, odours, or any condition that would prevent them from being resold as new. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and any included accessories.
How to start a return
Email support@toomanyhumans.art with your order number and the reason for your return or refund request. We will review your case and assist you accordingly.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Processing times may vary slightly during collection launches, holiday periods, Black Friday, or other peak seasons.
Exchanges
For international orders, exchanges for different products or sizes are not possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email support@toomanyhumans.art with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for size exchanges or for errors made when selecting a size at checkout. Every piece is made to order, so please use the size guide before you buy.
