Refund policy

At Too Many Humans, we only accept returns for faulty products. We do not accept returns for size exchanges or customer errors when selecting sizes, so please choose carefully before completing your order.

To initiate a return for a faulty product, please email support@toomanyhumans.art with your order number and the reason for your return or refund request. We will review your case and assist you accordingly.

Items must be returned in perfect condition—unused, undamaged, and free of stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent them from being resold as new. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and any included accessories. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

For international orders, please note that exchanges for different products or sizes are not possible. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Please be aware that processing times may vary slightly during collection launches, holiday periods, Black Friday, or other peak seasons.
